We conveniently have our paperwork online under FORMS. You can print it out and fill it out in the comfort of your own home to skip this step. Or come on in and sit down in our waiting area to fill out the paperwork with us!

STEP 2 - OFFICE TOUR

We want you to feel right at home here at Clark Family Chiropractic. We provide a tour for you to get comfortable with your surroundings. We let you know where all the amenities are first so that you are comfortable and know where to go.

STEP 3 - CONSULTATION

After providing paperwork and your personal office tour; Dr. Clark will sit down with you for a one-on-one consult to discuss in details the reasons for your visit to the office.

STEP 4 - NERVOUS SYSTEM ASSESSMENT

In this step, after your consultation, you'll receive a thermal assessment of the nervous system. If you didn't know your skin is your largest organ. If the structure in your spine isn't proper it will cause pressure on your nerves and create temperature differences within your skin. Our technology picks up the different temperatures and lets us know if there is a chiropractic problem.

STEP 5 - PALPATION

Not only will we check your nervous system through our advance technology of the Thermal assessment; but, we will also do a physical exam to get to the root cause of all your health concerns. This includes palpating your spine and feeling where there could be possibly spinal misalignments.  

STEP 6 - X-RAYS

In our office we believe to see is to know and to not see it to take a guess and we never want to take a guess with your health. After you receive your nervous system thermal evaluation and your palpation from Dr. Clark, we will do a series of x-rays to confirm all of our findings from the previous two test. Here is where we will find out exactly how we plan to help you.
